Tulsa Alliance was formed to develop the lacrosse skills and talent of the players who participate on its teams, educating them about the sport, competition and developing their love of the game. We seek to provide a positive and enriching lacrosse experience for all players, with appropriate opportunity for growth and competition.

For our introduction Kindergarten & 1st Grade age groups, we will attempt to make even rosters with 8-9 players on each roster. These are small-sided games on a reduced field size. We play 4v4 with no positions to allow all players to learn and develop both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. Traditionally we have had numerous Kindergarten & 1st Grade teams and hope to continue this going forward.

PRACTICES
Practices will start the week of February 5th at a midtown location (Typically either at Cascia Hall or Monte Casino). Each team will practice twice per week throughout the season.

Teams will be coached by volunteer parent coaches supported by our Alliance professional coaching staff who will provide practice curriculums and support all season.
