Tulsa Alliance was formed to develop the lacrosse skills and talent of the players who participate on its teams, educating them about the sport, competition and developing their love of the game. We seek to provide a positive and enriching lacrosse experience for all players, with appropriate opportunity for growth and competition.

4th grade lacrosse is the largest educational jump as our players and families will be first introduced to full-size fields and 10v10 lacrosse (3 midfielders, 3 defensemen, and 3 attack men. As a program, our goal is to introduce the first step in systematic lacrosse both on Offense and on Defense. This is also the first season we will have a goalie.

PRACTICES
Practices will start the week of February 5th at a midtown location (Typically either at Cascia Hall or Bishop Kelley).

Each team will practice twice per week throughout the season. Each team will be coached by volunteer parent coaches and supported by our Alliance professional coaching directors.
