Coaches

Justin Tkachuk is a Canadian‑born lacrosse player and coach whose foundation in the sport began with the Nepean Knights, where he grew up playing box lacrosse. He went on to win the 2016 Brogden Cup with Team Ontario before competing in both Jr. B for the Gloucester Griffins and Jr. A for the Toronto Beaches and Peterborough Lakers. Justin later earned four years of NCAA Division I experience at the University of Hartford, showcasing rare versatility as an LSM, faceoff midfielder, offensive midfielder, defensive midfielder, and true two‑way middie. His broad skill set and deep understanding of multiple positions have shaped his coaching style and ability to develop athletes across all roles.

Justin has been a committed coach within the ADVNC system since 2021, helping elevate players in Oklahoma and across the NDP national pathway. He spent two years with Tulsa Alliance, winning a state championship in 2023, and continued his success at Cascia Hall, serving as offensive coordinator in 2024 and defensive coordinator in 2025 — earning another state title before becoming head coach in 2026. Justin currently leads the ADVNC NDP National 2030 team and serves as the ADVNC NDP South 2030 head coach. Known for his energy, adaptability, and ability to teach the game at a high level, Justin brings a wealth of experience and a player‑first approach to every training environment.

We Are Tulsa Alliance

Garrett Thul is widely recognized as one of the most dominant power attackers of his era, combining elite physicality, high‑level scoring ability, and an unmatched competitive edge. A standout at Army West Point, Garrett earned All‑American honors and finished his career as one of the top goal scorers in program history. His success continued on the international stage, representing Team USA, and professionally in both Major League Lacrosse and the Premier Lacrosse League, where his size, toughness, and ability to create offense made him a constant matchup problem for opposing defenses.

Beyond his playing career, Garrett served in the United States Army, bringing the same discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence to his military service that defined him on the field. As a coach, he is known for his clarity, intensity, and development‑driven approach. Garrett specializes in shooting mechanics, physical dodging, and the mental side of playing with confidence and purpose. His blend of elite playing experience, military leadership, and genuine investment in young athletes makes him a trusted mentor for attackers looking to elevate their game and compete at the highest level.

Olin is a Tulsa native and has seen the game grow since its early years in Oklahoma when he began playing in 3rd grade. As a Booker T. Washington graduate, Olin played with the Tulsa Bulldogs for 4 years followed by 4 years at D3 Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland Ohio where he is 11th in career points in program history.

Offensive Coordinator

Bryant, an Oklahoma native, was first introduced to lacrosse with the Junior Comets in 2014. Bryant was a goalkeeper for Unparalleled Salmon, Impulse Lacrosse, and Tulsa Alliance Lacrosse until graduating from Bishop Kelley in 2021. Since then, Bryant has returned to both Impulse Lacrosse and Tulsa Alliance Lacrosse as a goalie coach. Bryant was instrumental on the bench for the Alliance during their 2024 championship season.

Goalie coach / Defensive Coordinator

Elijah Terry, was born and raised in Louisiana where he discovered his love for lacrosse. He moved to Tulsa his sophomore year in order to be coached and trained by some of the top coaches in the state. As a player and captain of Tulsa Alliance, he captured 2 state championships. Elijah headed north to play for the highly ranked Nepean Knights box lacrosse team in Ottawa, Canada. Elijah is committed to play NCAA Division 1 lacrosse at Cleveland State University in the Fall of 2025.
